I always said 17 was my favourite age. Its like the grey zone of life.

But there are many cool years coming up. Early 20s are the worst thought. You loose that feeling of invincibility and you re still dumb.

@irene sort of, but only for 13yos. Their consent is not considered legally valid, but a judge can decide not to prosecute if the other partner is less than 3 hears older.
@Jilano "Sexual activity with a prostitute is legal only if the prostitute is <18"? That makes no sense, and it's actually child prostitution. And prostitution is illegal in general in Italy.

Also, a small correction: sexual consent from <13yo is considered invalid even if no complaint was made, and for <10yos there's an additional aggravation.

If you are 13 years old and have relation with someone between 13 and 16, you're good to go.

@Jilano weeell, you're not *automatically* good to go, but the judge has the option to not send you to jail if he decides so (like in the case of two teenagers in a relationship)
