    Could be possible actually if there is a bug in their mail client for example and the html mail contains a payload that exploits that.

    @kenogo nojs, don't know of any mail client that does that. Kids call it pwning these days? Whatever. It's html content, given other tools must be used to prepare the payload but still close enough to call it that.
    Else there aren't any programming languages either because they are compiled or interpreted into something the hardware understands...
