@Kandelborg probably will. It's a sort of review on elementary os, was originally going to be on chromeOS but if you ever try to do screen recording on chromeOS you'll know why I skipped it for now .-.

@lxmcf chromeos is just a waylend server. I'm pretty sure ffmpeg did the trick for me.
If you are lazy, you can screen cap a chrome remote desktop session from another computer. -

You should take a look at sommelier.
It will display any X application in chromeos's Wayland server.
Just want to share some admiration to all the tech youtubers out there who write and read out their scripts with the amount of information and technicalities...
