are you people storing age as an integer rather than as an epoch timestamp?! seems rather tedious to upkeep.

@irene I've found some of the best motivators to be the selfish, egotistical ones. and I don't feel bad about that. when you're low, all that should matter is you. and getting better.

my favorite is: "shits fucked. always has been. maybe always will. but I will change it. for me or for them, or just because fuck that guy! I am the Messiah!" and then pick a goal and do it.

and on goals: don't have just one. you get a bit of motivation when you achieve a goal, and also a bit of depression when your last goal is met. pick a really easy goal you can accomplish in an HR. update that goal every hour. pic another that you will never possibly achieve. but get as close as you can. always strive towards it.
ideally your mini goals are one of a 1000 small steps to the big one.
