We used to have an education system that was fairly tailored to each type of person (Grammars for the "more intelligent", Secondary's (with streaming) for either those that still want to go down the professional route but need a bit more help & for manual labour, apprenticeships for those who are better with their hands, technical college for those who were left behind in school, etc) but right now our government seems to have decided no, fuck it we want comprehensives

The educational system in my country is good. And honestly, I don't understand why so many people say that the educational system is bad and so on. Maybe, it's not perfect, but we can't blame it for fail of each student
