Doesn't manage the fucking agile board..

Doesn't call for meetings when we need...

Decides randomly for sprints duration.

Decides to do whatever he feels better with an obvious lack of thought.

Decides what to do based on assumptions instead of FUCKING ASKING THE FUCKING CLIENT!

Oh you stupid piece of shit how many time do we have to go over me explaining you how planning works and you pretending to agree?

I had a boss somewhat like that. He liked to assume what the client wanted (mostly because we we're having some "unfair competition").

Lots of companies "prototyping" (eg, making a functional product as fast as they could), to please a client with deep pockets.

Thanks to all the assumptions, our product could be seen as better sometimes, and sometimes I worked a whole week just to scrap it all after a reunion.

Working with that client led me to leave.
