zoridan6836yThe good news is that you can leave whenever you want, so if they treat you mean, just leave ^^

At my previous job I survived 1 such brain drain but only just barely, I was swamped with work for a while but because of my resolve and keeping my cool I was able to skyrocket up the ranks, I then became part of the second brain drain, but at least I got some good resume fodder before I pulled the ripcord.

HogDev12496y@devTea That's a risk ofc. However it could also work out and you get a better position, better salary and an awesome experience. :)

@devTea do you have overtime pay or offset when you do overtime/extend hours?
Also, is it a small or big company? How is the office politics? Lots of things to consider before making a decision. -
Problem of only being a high paid slave(employment) and not being a entrepreneur/businessman.

devTea219106y@HogDev I don’t see fixing spaghetti legacy code everyday in a remote desktop using old stack is a fun experience
@Devnergy it got almost 200, I don’t know how many has left. Some left because they didn’t get paid overtime -
@devTea oh so no overtime pay. Now that is hard 😄
No offset also?
What if there is a fast deadline and you need to render overtime to finish it? Would you still do it?
I did that a lot - OTY = overtime thank you
