Do you feel bad and sleepy when weather is cloudy and foggy?

Had such weather for a week straight and I'm tired. 😴 I don't want to do anything.

Cut down on caffeinated drinks and sugar. Get some vitamin d and exercise. Weather is your least problem

    Oh yes

It's been like that all weekend long and it fucking sucks. I'm ready for some sunshine and good weather

I'd love a weather like that. It's been 35-40°C in here, all week. >_<

@irene I wish we cd lend you some of our extra °s. We'd all be happier.

@ceee is it nice in India? 🤔

Especially noticable to me after several sunny days.

Yes. Clouds usualy mean drop of atmosphere pressure. Your body has less pressure applied, superficial vessels get more dilated, which causes drop of your own BP. Lower bp, slower toxins' removal from cerebral circulation -> you feel tired and sleepy.
Not to mention darker environment [cloudy], making it look as if it was evening already, + if it's raining, rain's monotonic sound makes you yawn alone.

Just give up already and have a [power] nap :) I know you want to...

@netikras it is raining as well but more like just humidity rather than sound.

I moved to another country because of shitty weather, so yeah fuck bad weather.

I got you. This type of weather is so nice for taking a nap while working in the office

I love those days tbh, cuz over here if the day is not like that, is a fucking living hell if the sun is up

Sometimes cloud seems to be heaven when sun is bursting out fire!

It is very normal for our moods to change with the weather and seasons (to an extent).

@rEaL-jAsE for me cold also triggers depression.

@irene Maybe a way around that is to find things that you like about the cold and do those things more? I used to have bad mood swings everytime the weather changed from hot to cold. I don't know what happened but after some years I don't have that issue.

@rEaL-jAsE the way around is stay warm. Nothing else works. Cold just sips energy out of me which leaves me with no energy to hold depression in acceptable bounds.

@irene Ohhh, okay. Sorry I misunderstood the reason behind why the coldness affects you. Yeah just stay warm then lol ✌🏼
