looks like a fancy hover effect. if you put your mousecursor on it, there will be a hint. or maybe a big browser side resized picture will start to load. lmao

@noobrants never. most i've ever had was 1 window, 50 tabs wne downloading a shitton of stuff from 50 different sources (specifically PS2 ISOs)
