I've actually had it find issues in the past, didn't help much in solving them though

Sometimes it atleast helps you to figure out issue. It rarely solves the issue though.

@dudeking It never found anything for me. Instead it only wasted my time everytime I ran it.

After some years, I stopped using it.

I still remember, a few years back I was troubleshooting for a USB drive which wasn't recognized by my pc and that shit was the only one to not get recognized. Every other USB was working just fine.

This shitty tool couldn't figure out what's wrong until I discovered the device manager to only find out my driver not updated. Crap!

I once used it on my netbook because wifi didn't work. Windows troubleshooting then told me that I needed to switch it on using the small switch on the side that I hadn't even noticed.

It solves simple configuration shit.
