Employee timecard management, ugh.

Several of my previous jobs disallowed being on the clock while writing up your work summary when switching tasks. And ofc they had to be detailed, so everyone usually had to stay half an hour late to make up for the "missing" hours because they were stickers about 8+ hours a day and 40+ hour weeks.

tl;dr
Timeclocks can fuck right off.

That is insane. Trading time for <x> amount of dollars is not ideal. We need to figure out the fairness problem with realistic equity sharing.

This, not to mention the system is buggy and shit ui/ux
