When is it worth moving for a new job opportunity? Any of you guys work from home for a company cities or states away?

IMO it is worth moving if:
1. Huge potential in improving skills
OR
2. Same as my old job but pays much better
OR
3. Same as my old job, same payment but potential to improve even for a bit, its still better than staying in the same place, minor improvement is a good improvement in this case.

My four parameters:
1. people you will work with.
2. is it interesting? challenging?
3. flexible: time off, lets you leave early to be with family, etc.
4. pay package.

this is my personal order of priority. I will not go work with ppl I don't like, in exchange of more $$$.
