This #metoo bullshit has really fucked us. Hiring managers are more reluctant to hire woman because of lawsuits of accusations.

It’s hard to fit into the bro culture and I get it. Sometimes you want to be able talk about your ballsack at work and not feel you may offend someone.

Also no one wants to be hired because they hit a checkbox. I want to be hired because I am anxious to learn passionate about the product and willing to work hard.
