@kgbemployee they failed to ever sign their contract, so the project still belongs to us. As far as the legality of it goes, it's our companies property, we can do with it what we want.

They owe us a lot of money (>£200k), we're just protecting our business.

Update: they've just thrown their toys out the pram and locked us out of the server.

Pity the killswitch runs from an external server over a http protocol.
