I decided to go to a beach, sit on a rock and try to advance my side project. And look who decided to come and help me!

    Hello there, Mr Duck!

@asgs Mrs or Ms Duck. With ducks, it's the females who run around in camo. ^^

Reminds me of when i saw like 9-11 ducks in a group while i was taking a walk, a couple a days ago. Sadly i didnt take any pictures.

aw she's pretty. I had a pet duck one time. Not intentionally I just made the mistake of throwing some bread out when him and his buddies were out wandering around by the bank.

From then on he was waiting in the same spot just about everyday I got home from the base. Sometime the others would show up, sometimes not, but he had his schedule down like clockwork.

@M1sf3t Yeah, I also thought of giving her a peace of rice cake. But she left before I got my backpack. As an afterward thought: I'm no sure if I want ducks to beg for food everytime I go to the spot for intensions of having peace and enjoying the river scene.

@joas yea this was at a state park so they were already somewhat used to having people around for a regular meal ticket. I wasn't planning on being there too terribly long so i had just borrowed my parents camper to live in for the time being.

@M1sf3t imagine a wolf that acted like that duck.

    3 million years ago.

Was he the common ancestor to all dogs?

@galileopy makes you wonder doesn't it? maybe not a full grown pack of then but if a younger one got separated from them for some reason.
