endor56665y@Linux that's an excellent question. The answer to which is "fucked if I know".
All I did was create a few test server and deleted them, plus one big server that I've been running since the beginning.
Now, I understand that a fresh account creating an expensive resource may seem suspicious - hence why I quickly complied with the first request.
But unlocking my account just to lock it again 24 hours later saying that I never replied to the first request is fucking stupid.
It's even more stupid if they then reply again saing that my first picture was "low quality":
- since when is 16MP, in good focus, considered "low quality"?
- isn't there a contradiction? First they say I never replied, now they say it's low quality
Also, their last reply to my ticket had incredibly poor grammar and spelling.
Now, I understand the occasional typo, but if they're trying to look professional they should at least make an effort.
Otherwise they're just wasting my time. -
endor56665y@Linux well, after two days they finally told me what the issue is about: me trying to use credit cards from the country I live in, while abroad.
I get that credit card fraud is a big issue, but they could at least have opened with that straight away, instead of toying around for two days and unlocking/relocking my account.

Yesterday you locked my account due to "suspicious activity" and asked me for ID to verify me for "anti-fraud reasons". Fair enough. I comply, and you unlock my account.
Today, another person from support locks my account AGAIN, saying that I haven't yet replied and requests that I send you my ID *AGAIN*.
Either you motherfuckers have no fucking clue how to handle a fucking support ticket, or your answers are NOT FUCKING CLEAR.
Fuck you and your free credits, I'd rather spend money on a service I can actually rely upon.
