Gimme some slack

Still better than teams.
Slack at least works..
Teams: unread messages.
Me: *opens teams*
Teams: no messages.
Me: switching back to IDE.
Teams: still unread messages
Me: *reatarting teams*
Teams: no new messages.
Me: checking if that’s true.
Me: oh look, there are new messages.

I think slack is a terrific communication tool, but for like 90% of the channels I get added to, I disable notifications entirely, because old people and young attractive people don't know that using @here to say, "Good morning!" is goddamned annoying.

For us, Slack works great

I'm not a slack fan, but I'm grateful I don't have to use skype + email on my company...
