To peoples asking on StackOverflow or making an issue on Github:

Please, include enough code to reproduce your issue.
But don't put your entire project either

It should be as easy as possible to run and read your code.
Otherwise, peoples trying to help will get lost and give up

Related: to people who want a specific issue format for their repo, PUT IT IN THE README. Or at least make it known in the README.

I submitted an issue once and the response was a link to a file in the repo, three folders deep, named "issue-format.md". And i had all the correct information except for the headers, but i bet they were doing some sort of processing into zenhub or something like that.
