I've completely switched to drinking water since a few weeks and I feel much better than I used to, that might ofcourse be a placebo effect but it helps either way.

Last time I tried a Fanta at a party almost couldn't finish it because of the amount of sugar. Now I'm only used to having sugar in a cappuchino.

I'd encourage others to try the same 🤩

    Just cut out all sugar from your diet. Drink unsweetened teas and avoid all carbs unnecessary carbs if you can. You’ll feel great later. If you have the time, go to the gym for an hour in the morning every day, and you will feel amazing.

    @Wisward the gym would be quite a step for me, I did once want a sixpack so I might pick that up again

    I'm lowering the amount of sugar I put in my coffee, soon there'll probably be nothing left in it :)
