@inaba let me introduce you to "COMBINING DIAERESIS" unicode 0x0308.
You can put it right after most symbols, which includes the reversed e, and you get these dots on top of the character before. -

The one thing I need, a "LATIN SMALL LETTER REVERSED C WITH DIAERESIS" doesn't seem to exist but "LATIN SMALL LETTER C WITH DIAERESIS" the one thing that I don't need, does D:
Like there's a god dang sideways u with an umlaut (or diaeresis I guess) but not a reversed c̈? pls
