yup, its possible, only sometimes

This is always funny to me since i know of only one person with the qualifications to be actually called a project manager. She used to be my manager. This person would never underestimate the work value of what a developer would do, nor would she try to play around our timelines or anything. She left us a while ago to literally go from web tech manager to an overall project manager, and continues to come for advice regardine timelines and stuff like that

You should make delivering babies reusable, everbody does it. Its not hard, my cousin next door also delivers babies waaaaaay cheaper
