On a more serious note, I agree with you. It depends from person to person (and of course the companies themselves), but one usually has more freedom in a smaller company than a bigger one. -
@Jilano you say that but I've found it quite the opposite. I've legit been left to decide everything where I am, no deadlines, no one scrutinizing my contributions. Just a lot of work O.O
