@gitpush for so loong I just want to resign because of false promise and mismanagement by the team. I was doing my job perfectly fine, what I lack is the face of an extrovert person so that they can appreciate my unoptimized and unfinished work.

Them: "That's how the corporate company works".

Just a lame excuse to kick me. It was a hard decision from the higher ups to terminate me.

A company that rates us based on how noisy we are vs how we want to do the job
