Their idea is "we want a senior at the price of a junior". Yeah sure, and they probably also would like a Ferrari at the price of a Dacia.

@Fast-Nop Companies rarely like their recruitment optimism to meet careful examination. Of course, any company that tries it is also signalling their preference for delusional or naive employees, so I wouldn't go anywhere near them, even to try to explain their silliness to them.
