I loose it big time when developers in my team say "it's not working" and don't even care to explain what is not working and what were you trying to do....

I have a coworker who always use the word thing while explaining like:
This thing is not working due to the thing that I needed was missing certains thing. Also the thing from the spec is missing. and we need to do this thing to get things rolling.
while standing across the room.

@skydhash I so feel you that is so irritating...this usually happens in my team during scrum meetings, people on the phone go " I couldn't complete my task because it's not working" and we wait wait and wait hoping they wud elaborate further but what follows is an ackward silence..until my scrum master would ask what is not working...
