Generate a pdf file inside Firebase environment.

Realized that there are individuals that wants a simple mobile app to try out their business idea and needs you to take care of all of it from writing requirements to deploying the app. Also from a third world country and would not get any offers for any embedded hardware job.

Even if this project is the bread winner of the company, I can't wait for it to finish....

In need of a job where I can make the kind of money I want, I applied to xteam (I'm not based in the US which makes a big obstacle to getting a job there) and no reply. I applied to G2I and they said they only want full time (So I guess my profile is good). So, I'm hoping to finish my current project quickly to apply again.
@xteam, you really should revise your hiring process, it's really disheartening to not receive any feedback from a platform that says it focuses on community.

When you lost almost three hours to get an unsupported version of the qmk firmware (for mechanical keyboards) compiled, but got chickened out of installing it for fear it would break the only keyboard you have ($100+ and a bitch to get shipped in the country)

Heroku.
I don't like setting up servers and things. I know how to (I spent 1.5 years using archlinux and I know a lot on what's going under the hood). I like the functional paradigm where the same input yields the same result. I don't like having side effects although I know they can be necessary.
I would have to create a script to handle the configuration process instead of spending hours redoing it.
That's what I love about Heroku even if it's pricey. Almost no configuration at all. Attach some addons, configure a few env variables and everything else is in the code.

It's somewhat nice here. The thing is we have a lot of infrastructure problems and it's hard to implement business here which made it hard to find a job. But if you're working with US clients, it's fine. Internet access and electricity is not reliable, but you can find a workaround.
As a consumer of digital services, it's weird as we're pretty close to the US (2 hours flight) and there's not an embargo against us, but payment processing services won't touch us (legalization is awful for them), so good luck paying with any local issued card. And if anything is country restricted, we're right next to Cuba (Again, legalization). Paypal, Spotify, iTunes, most of Netflix, a few cloud providers.

Yeah, that's it. Right next to the US and no embargo and willingness to learn other languages (Easy to find French, English and Spanish speaker), but with big infrastructure problems (Internet and Electricity) so you can be really qualified and not get a job.

Have anyone of you tried managing a job and university at the same time?

Yesterday, I came to the office a little late and found there's no coffee, so I set myself to make some. After making it, some of my coworkers told me that the boss wants us to use less coffee powder when making coffee and has gone as far as specifying the amount for a full pot. I think in the US, they drink coffee-flavored water because that's what it looks and tastes now. So I guess it's either no coffee for me or to buy my own coffee powder as my coworkers don't want to protest over this.
