@dev-chandu sometimes that prevents the healing or makes the situation worse. It depends on what is the cause of the pain.

@electrineer I started exercising at the gym last week, though if I recall correctly it begun the day before, so I'm thinking it might be my chair at work. It's giving me quite a bad posture.
