devRant is way better than Reddit!

The reddit I experience is targeted topics that I have interest in. This is definitely nothing like devrant. The topics on reddit, at least those I participate in, are very specific and is geared for discussion in depth. devrant is specific to tech for the most part. devrant is also less serious most of the time. To me reddit and devrant are completely different experiences.

This is not reddit and should not be treated like one. People are here to rant. Not for devhumor, cablingporn and other reddit reposts
