I'm starting to hate 2020. Back pain because of muscle strain, ongoing middle ear inflammation, and now a tooth crown has broken off. Fuck this shit.

is this the sort of deal that happens after 40?

@AleCx04 Well the middle ear stuff happened already when I was 5. The upside is that the pain sensors are also broken so that I only notice when visual and acoustic room orientation don't match.

But yeah, it goes downhills from 25 already, but it's at least not so bad yet that I'd forget to check the buffer length.

BTW that was fun at work. I got in late.

    Co-worker: the ear doc again?
Me: no, I got bored and decided to break a crown so that I could see my dentist.

@rutee07 The back is the only thing that is calming down by itself. I guess I need to do some back exercises. Btw, I was supposing that it was you - I just didn't say anything because I assumed that if you wanted that, you would have picked up the previous nick. Welcome back! :-)

My body has been shit at 25 already. For me, Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin) helps a lot with my back and other issues.

@rutee07 Here (in Germany) it's maybe around 40€ for half an hour, depending on the region. Not really affordable unfortunately.

    Getting old fucking sucks.

Had I known, I would have had my family at 16, joined the military, and been retired at 35.
