@NoToJavaScript Sadly, commercial doesn't mean better docs/support. It means
a slightly higher chance for good docs,
a small chance for support beyond barely literate cheap asian workers rereading the manual over the phone,
and almost certainly a lot of secrecy surrounding the inner workings of the product, making any debugging by yourself impossible. -

I know it because our documentation is so shitty, I’ll be ashamed to post a link here.
(Worth saying that we have only few customers using APIs, most are just OK using web platform)
But, if a paying customer asks us to help him, I’ll make it my point to make sure his needs are answered. Why? because he’s paying us.
Pro tip by a Noobie: Whenever you use an open sourced software, and set it up using some tutorial, make sure you download the latest distribution.
Wasted 2 days fixing something while setting up KeyCloak, eventually downloaded the latest version and worked fine. There was a bug in KeyCloak apparently.
Happened the same 2 and a half years ago trying to write node scripts for ElasticSearch, using an older ES library -_-
