What's the best hyperlocal weather app for Android?

https://techcrunch.com/2020/03/...

The one I use is disappearing... Thanks to Apple...

I own Apple and it's been a huge money maker but.... I use Android and now I think they should be sued for monopolistic practices....

    Unfortunately, weather is a small market owned by shitlords that just resells government data in the form of visualizations.

    That in mind, the best is just data streams from government and academic meteorological services. For me, that's NOAA.

    Might I suggest using Dark sky but from your browser instead?

    @Jilano Website

    Weather forecasts, maps, and embeds will continue until July 1, 2020. The website will remain active beyond that time in support of API and iOS App customers.

    @billgates Well, that's awful news. I don't understand how it's possible to say "we want to reach as many people as we can" while cutting off 95% of the population.

    Time to find another one I guess, like you said in your main post.

    @Jilano This exactly.

    Missed this news. I really liked darksky. Petty move. I would normally suggest let's remake the app using the API but I don't want to do the effort and then have them turn off the API. (Signups are already closed)
