Mine was that a PM from an internet company used to call the internet "Google".

I had once a client who couldn't sign in to the site. She said that her sponsor mail was not regognized by our system and that was what's wrong. We asked her when her sponsor signed in so we could check the right mail, but she told us he never went on the site.
Actually, here in France, we have the same word for "sponsor" and "godfather". She was putting the mail of her godfather without asking why. The worst is that she wasn't even old, I'd say in her forties at most.
