YouTube is so fuckin weird. A year ago I made some Lua tutorials and got no new subscribers. When I started, I had 8.

I have not posted any since.

But since then, I get a steady few per month.

I have over a hundred now?

    You're like that guy on Instagram that made a handbag out of a human spine and it blew up like 2 years later.

    @SortOfTested Somehow I don't think it was the handbag that was the problem. It may have been the sourcing of materials. Like is there a store now? Does Michael's carry that?

    @Demolishun
    "Ethically sourced spine from a Canadian child"

    @SortOfTested Well, that is okay then.

    Like @SortOfTested already said, you're at the mercy of the algorithm (which is funnier considering your name). You'll succeed wether it decided to recommend you (or not).

    When I read that at first I thought that you were 8 years old when you started out on YouTube with those Lua tutorials.

    @theKarlisK no but I think a lot of my viewers are. A lot of people get their start from Lua and Roblox. There are worse ways to get into programming I'd say!

    ah the canadians, so generous they'll give you the spine off their back.

    @SortOfTested he actually bought the spine from some random tribe

    @AlgoRythm agreed, but what I meant was that for a moment I was seriously impressed. When I was 8 I didn't know how to boot a computer. XD
