Hi guys, I'm planning to start tutorials in C# in my local language (since C# is the language I'm knowledgeable about). Can I target new programmers or should I just target the more experienced ones?

See what other people's tutorials are missing. If there aren't many tutorials for beginners or those tutorials are low quality, target beginners. The same applies to intermediate/advanced tutorials.

There are usually a lot of tutorials for beginners but the more advanced the topics get, the sparser the tutorials are and I'd say the higher your chance of sticking out of the pile of tutorials

@devTea It's because maybe there are too many tutorials already in English

People who are at an advanced level tend to use the documentation more rather then tutorials

Every single well known tutorial platform starts at the basics and builds on that.

Otherwise it's very likely that you are covering things that your audience is not ready for yet, and causing frustration.
