    Tips to take your technique to the next level:

    Raise your knuckles(creating a strong firm bridge of your hand. The inner grip muscles, those underneath your finger, not your thumb, should be doing the work). Your hand should be curved, not flat.

    Don't collapse your finger joints. Not any of them, and especially not the outer ones. Your quality of sound will massively improve if you manage to have a strong, solid link between the muscles creating the force and the fingers delivering it, as opposed to some sloppy outer joints. It will be more comfortable playing aswell.
