    @rutee07 He has a hero complex and likes to volunteer his team for work to help other teams. We can do it, don’t get me wrong, but the reward for doing good work shouldn’t be more work.

    I've heard this before. Always from a boss who made significantly more than I do. I always wondered what it was they put up with to justify the expense, since their expertise clearly wasn't worth very much.
