    Never had trouble installing NVIDIA drivers for ML. Maybe your problem is trying to make them work with desktop environments?

    To be fair, I did go "off road" - using a Ubuntu package on devuan and doing a lot of hacky workarounds.

    Its the perfect excuse to straight up switch to Ubuntu server.
