Quora seems to be using version control to keep track of changes to user content like question, answers, blog posts etc. Thats so frigging cool !

How come it is necessarily Git?

Also, one can think of advantages and disadvantages of version control on Quora, I think, the least one is change privacy (nvm, I've just made up this term now xD)

@vintprox If you look at the edits, the changes compared using green and red highlights is very similar to GitHub. And if you revert an edit, for instance, recover a deleted comment, a pop up asks you to enter the reason why you are reverting it— which seems to serve as a commit message on git before changes are pushed.
