@SevenDeadlyBugs have you been to China? I think they're pretty close... at least from what I've heard... Could be rumors but they have CCTV everywhere. Last time I went, highways had no tolls because they just scan your car plates with a camera and bill you... I think like this Amazon stores...

I've not stopped at a toll gate in a long time. Turns out cameras are cheaper than gate agents.
