Imposter syndrome comes from a lack of experience. Experience comes from trying things and figuring out what works. Find people with experience and ask them what works.

In my experience sometimes it is worse with more experience. For example you may think to yourself that you should be able to do something or something should be easy BECAUSE you have more experience.
Also the higher up you get the more you think you are only there because of luck or someone you know and not the years of effort you've put in to learn.

@dan-pud There is a lot of truth to this. Perhaps the lack of experience is an opportunity to try thinking outside the box as well. I’ve always been able to draw from the experiences of more senior devs and reach a successful outcome.
