It's a fair statement! They said little cousin, not little brother. I have some cousins that have about as much in common with me as JavaScript has with Java. And it's true that both were created at Sun around the same time.

@wmhilton It's not false but I can't totally agree with you :) It's not the best way to explain what is JavaScript on an online tutorial.

@tomabolt Funny fact regarding pizza in PizzaScript: Language Pizza was already created in the 90's. It was predecessor of Scala and was meant to make Java better (very influenced by it at the time).
