Oktokolo76226dThat never happens. When my bug count goes up by an order of magnitude, i always am in the middle of refactoring something. But, although i do that to fix design and/or complexity issues, i wouldn't call that "fixing bugs".
If you get a bug spike outside of refactoring, you should probably immediately take a break and rethink, what you are doing - especially if that bugs emerge in code you didn't even touch...
