Why do you think there are more jobs than developers?

Because useless devs keep getting jobs, do half the work and leave / get sacked, yet devs complain job interviews are too hard, yet at the same time complain useless devs keep getting jobs.

It's the circle of life kind of deal.
Tests prove nothing, code projects on the other hand show your abilities, but devs complain they don't have the time for those 🤷‍♂️

Because AIs trained to post outrageous and vague offers and HR 5-min-each approach machines take the precedence 🤖 They are in more demand and they crush all your hopes of better job just to stay demanded!

Become some devs produce such trash that it takes another two full time devs just to clean up their messes.

Most of the time it’s because the devs aren’t actually trash themselves, but are forced to fly through features because of shit management and PMs.
