3. Finally tell them your using Linux.
4. Hang up.
5 Rinse and repeat.

Had an amazing experience with speaking to a Chinese support team from Hong Kong.

They claimed that they spoke English too.

After 30 min, I offered to mail them my query. They agreed gladly.

@tirthaguha I was referring to the scammers who will steal people's bank information, etc. I know that they're not all like that and they can be very kind and helpful!
