Some days I feel hungry all the time. Like today. Other days I don’t feel hungry at all even if I’ve eaten nothing.

    Same. You concentrate too much on working, but not on actually feeding yourself.

    Ok. You have to take better care of yourself - I had the same pattern, and was diagnosed with type 2 diabeties before 35. that, plus covid19 is not fun.
    go get a blood test. take a short break every 30 minutes. Make sure you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. try and eat more vegetables. less caffeine. less high carb(crap) snacks.

    srsly - doing dev work is stressfull enough....

    I’m the same.

    Some weeks, I’ll eat everything in sight and feel constantly hungry. Other weeks I’ll have a small meal once a day and be totally fine with it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    I’m on a barely eating week atm.

    @scout Don't get me wrong - covid19 did not happen to me. Yet.
    But it is a serious comorbidity.
