magicMirror704237dOk. You have to take better care of yourself - I had the same pattern, and was diagnosed with type 2 diabeties before 35. that, plus covid19 is not fun.
go get a blood test. take a short break every 30 minutes. Make sure you eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. try and eat more vegetables. less caffeine. less high carb(crap) snacks.

Some weeks, I’ll eat everything in sight and feel constantly hungry. Other weeks I’ll have a small meal once a day and be totally fine with it. 🤷🏻♀️
I’m on a barely eating week atm.
