How do you know if computer science is for you? I'm thinking about majoring in It.

If you like logic and problem solving, it may be a good fit! CS is a very creative field, so it will be quite satisfying in that regard. Patience and adaptability come in handy too, as well as a fondness for experimentation.

Adding on, make sure you're a stickler for syntax and punctuation. Having a really good attention for detail is also very important. If you notice these kinds of things in your day to day life, computer science may fit like a glove. If you're the complete opposite of that you may find it very difficult to get through.

If you don't have a passion for computers I would say it's still a great field but it will be a little harder
