    While it is true you can get your internal clock to wake up at 5am. It just takes a long month of waking up at 5am. And i ain't going to lie IT SUCKED until i started getting used to the time, but the trick is when your body gets used to it always go to bed when you get tired. If you stay up longer you will not get up at 5.

    P.S all of this is from experiance. I stayed up one night and it screwed me and i don't want to go through that month again

    @uddinstock i stayed up cause i had a tight deadline for two days and it runed waking up at 5am. If i go to bed around 9pm ill still wake up at 5 now though.
