Well, they were pretty glad I came up with a better plan than acting (I was not that good at it) and the stars aligned for the dev life. The fact that two of my cousins are extremely successful devs probably helped

Hey I also tried acting. I was good I was told but I hated seeing myself on camera and I didn't like the sound of my voice. It was extremely embarrassing for me.

I still have lots of friends in the industry which is nice because I'm a freelance screenwriter when I feel like it. But Dev has always been passion.

I wish I had family in the gaming industry. Would make things easier and a lot less lonely. My old lady fogs over when I talk tech.
