    Dictionary doesn't have a search engine, and if someone knows how to apply, Stackoverflow helps a lot.

    Bad comparison. Dictionaries are closer to textbooks than to Q&A sites. By this equivalence, people who think they can get along in a programming career with textbooks should try a career as a translator with a dictionary.
