Our crm forces a password reset once a month.

One of our managers logs into the crm once a month.

Even though there's a very visible link and simple password reset method, he still manages to lock himself out every time. I have to log in and reset it for him.

This guy grew up with the Internet. How is this possible?

    if I were you I'd just hard code something into the cms to check his ip and auto log him in with no password, or set some kind of special cookie on his pc just for him.

    It's a third party crm. I do that kind of stuff for our internal projects though :)
